HARRISBURG, PA – Sept 7^th 2023 The Harrisburg Stampede is proud to announce Ryan Mackes as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the 2024 season. Ryan will assist our coaches and help prepare the players with customized workouts tailored to specific positions to help improve speed, flexibility, and endurance.

Ryan Mackes Gym - The Performance Fitness Lab will be the Performance Training Center for all Stampede Players this season. To have a championship caliber team we must train with the professionals. Ryan has trained over 300+ Central PA athletes, as well as over 20+ professional athletes in all sports around the country. Currently, you can schedule a private or group class with Ryan and maximize your training where The Harrisburg Stampede will be training.
