Justin Coble - Owner
Justin Coble is a local business owner and Central PA resident for over 16 years. He currently owns Dazzle Sports in Lemoyne Pa and expanding with the Dazzle Sports Group LLC. With a coaching background of 7 years at various levels, he was also the owner of the Harrisburg Stampede in 2012 before selling to the Dynasty Group led by Marques Colston.

With over 12 years of experience in Arena football and Sports Marketing, Justin looks to bring back an exciting brand of football and family entertainment. His vision for the team is to be a community-based team driven to partner with non-profits and schools to be more than a sports team but give back and help build our community stronger. His strong leadership and drive with a proven track record of winning will see the strongest leadership and vision for the Harrisburg Stampede. He stated he is looking forward to growing with the community and making this the most entertaining family-friendly sporting event in Harrisburg.

Colin McGuinn - General Manager

Colin is originally from Howard County Maryland. Colin has over 25 years of experience in management positions, running various nationally known gyms and fitness centers such as the Columbia Association, Planet Fitness, Marriot Athletic Club, LA Fitness, Golds Gym, and Snap Fitness. Colin also has over 7 years in the sports industry, working with various minor league teams including the Baltimore Vengeance, Western Maryland Warriors, Wheeling Nailers, Memphis 901FC, Memphis Redbirds, Tri-City Chili Peppers, and the Carolina Cobras. He is a firm believer that any sports franchise must have strong community involvement, no matter what the size of the town, village, or suburban area.

In his spare time, Colin is involved with serval nonprofit organizations such as Mission 22, National Kidney Foundation, Breast Cancer Awareness, Autism Foundation, and several others. When Colin isn't busy with work or volunteering, he loves Civil War Reenacting and Paranormal Investigating, spending time with his wife Ashley and their four kids.

Milton Creary Director of Player Personnel

In 2014 Milton Creary was hired by the York Capitals as Assistant Director of Football Operations, shortly thereafter after a coaching change which came with the hiring of Rick Marsilio as Head Coach. Milton was then promoted to Director of Football Operations, during Milton's 2015 rookie season as DFO the Capitals finished the regular season 8–0, clinching the 1 seed in the 2015 AIF Playoffs. The Capitals defeated the ASI Panthers 68–58 to clinch a berth in the 2015 AIF Championship Game against the Chicago Blitz , The Capitals defeated the Blitz 58–30, capturing their first-ever championship. Milton stayed on as DFO during the 2016 season, and after.

In 2019 Milton served as the Philadelphia Area scout for the NAL's New York Streets Indoor Football Team.

Greg Fennell - Assistant GM

I've been part of the South Central PA community for more than 33 years, after graduating from Penn St. My wife, Roni, and I have a growing blended family with six kids, two grandchildren and two more on the way in early 2024. Roni's never-ending support is invaluable. I'm originally from Western Pa...yes, I bleed Black n' Gold!

I attended the first-ever Stampede home game with my family in March 2009 and we were hooked. Now I'm excited for the opportunity to join the front office of the #Reloaded version. Ownership's vision of a community-based organization that partners with and gives back to the region drew me to the position. The track record of winning is the icing on the cake. Let's Go!

Ken Hartman - Director of Field Operations

Hello, Stampede, faithful, my name is Ken Hartman Jr. Grew up in Enola, Pa, got married & moved to Mechanicsburg. I’m a father of twin boys {Dekota & Montana}, we now live in Carlisle, Pa. I’m an employee-owner of Mid South Building Supply, where I’ve worked for over 35 years now. Been a Stampede fan from the beginning, & a football fan my whole life {49ers 4-Life}. Looking forward to working with Jay & my whole field crew to make sure our Stampede has a great place to play football & bring us faithful a championship.
